Our unique RPL approach allows for full RPL pathways or blended pathways (where you might complete some RPL assessments and some coursework).
Step 1
Check your eligibility

The RPL Eligibility Checklist allows you to self-assess your own eligibility to apply for RPL, asking questions regarding your current role and experience in the VET sector and then inviting you to respond to specific questions regarding your ability to provide RPL evidence for the units within the program you are seeking RPL for.
Step 2
Submit your transcripts ready for your Personal Learning Plan.
Once you have completed your checklist you can submit your qualifications to our team. We will then evaluate and provide feedback. When you decide to enrol we will use these answers for one of our trainers to develop your Personal Learning Plan.
The Personal Learning Plan is a visual document that outlines the information you provided in your Survey and assigned the units you have chosen, the RPL/Coursework or Credit Transfer applicable to your program and as assessed in your Survey.
The Plan will also outline any final costings such as credit transfer reduction and the total enrolment timeframe granted for your program you know exactly what you will be paying as a final amount and how long your course enrolment time will be.
Looking to access the PLP before enrolment? We can develop a Personal Learning Plan prior to enrolment for a small cost of $150. This cost is non-refundable should you choose to not proceed with applying to enrol but it will be deducted from the total program fees upon receipt of your application to enrol.
Step 3
Enrol in your course
You can now proceed to apply for enrolment by clicking on the enrol now button on the relevant program webpage (or clicking on the link provided in your Developed PLP) When you click enrol you can choose whether you want to Pay Upfront for your course or on a Fortnightly Payment Plan.
Once accounts has been notified of your application, an invoice will be sent with the total program fees owing and if you have paid the $150 for the PLP prior to enroling, this will be deducted from the total. It will not at this time, take into account any credit transfer rebates at this time. Any Credit Transfer Rebates ($225 per unit for Cert IV or $350 for Diploma) will be confirmed andverified by the trainer during PLP development and after the administrative team have authenticated your Transcripts.
You will then begin the pre enrolment process and a trainer will develop your personal learning plan (if not already developed).
Step 4
Commence your RPL assessment journey
Once your enrolment is complete, we will then activate your Leaner Portal based on your plan and you will start completing your assigned assessment tasks as outlined in your Personal Learning Plan.
As you proceed through each Module in your Learning plan and complete full Units of Competency, these will be awarded as competent (via RPL or Competency achieved resulting) so you can chart your progress every step of the way, keeping track of your self-directed journey. We will also be on hand to assist you in managing your time and will check in at frequent intervals throughout your enrolment to help you stay motivated and on track.
Step 5
Complete and Graduate!
Upon completion and assessment of your final module and assessment tasks, we will then initiate the graduation process where we will moderate your portfolio, deem the final awarding of units as complete and issue your qualification. This can happen within 3-5 business days of completion, so you will receive your new qualification.
You will then be certified to apply for that new job, receive that promotion you’ve been hoping for or simply know that you have a new nationally recognised qualification under your belt!
