The FUNdamentals of Training - Design, Delivery and Assessment course provides an essential introduction to the core responsibilities of vocational education and training (VET) professionals. Designed for those new to the sector or refreshing their skills, this course explores how to design inclusive and engaging training sessions, deliver effective work skill instruction, and conduct fair, valid and compliant assessments. Through interactive learning and practical examples, participants will build confidence in applying key principles of adult learning, training facilitation, and assessment in a VET context.
