That’s why we offer a credit swap option, so you’ll only be charged for the portion of the course that the original staff member completes, and any remaining unused fee can be credited to your next team member.
Our in-house created content has been developed to mirror the real-world environment, plus we also customise our language and training examples to match your industry and to meet each staff member at whatever level they’re currently at.
With a 1 – 4 day maximum turnaround time, this gives each member of your staff the momentum they need to keep learning, and also the added motivation that they can complete their certification as fast as they wish!
Your staff will get access to a dedicated trainer and regular group support calls. There is an option to include one-on-one trainer support to ensure they get all the support they need from start to finish too.

Transparency is also at the core of our approach, so not only do we train your staff for you, but we provide periodic progress reports to group coordinators or team leaders, ensuring that both Fortress Learning and your organisation know where your staff are up to in their learning and if anyone is falling behind.

Course delivery options include online and self-paced, virtual face-to-face, physical face-to-face if necessary, and a blend of all of these to suit the needs of your company and industry.
All training options will include access to our online learner portal, where all the content and assessment documentation is stored for ease of access at any time for each student.
This Online Learner Management System has been instructionally designed to allow for super logical and sequenced training, meaning that students can complete their learning and assessment at their own pace as quickly or efficiently as they want (even if they miss some of the training).

Our dedicated trainer monitors your group, with regular check-in emails/SMSs sent to individuals who appear to be falling behind, encouraging them to reach out if they need help so we can assist them. An additional paid option for one-on-one trainer support is available for more accountability and momentum. This matrix of monitoring and accessible support makes all the difference in a timely and high level of completion.
No it’s not. This training equips your staff with a government-accredited qualification in training and assessment. This benefits any company that does in-house training and assessments, whether they’re an RTO or not. It helps you meet regulatory requirements of delivering high-quality training and accurately assessing your employees’ skills.
This is something we will discuss and agree on. You can request a progress update weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We can do a summary weekly and a more comprehensive report monthly if you choose. It depends on how much reporting you would like to include, but more comprehensive reporting has an additional cost.
If you choose, we will manage everything on the course end, including regular check-ins and monitoring to keep them moving forward to graduate within the timeframe we’ve agreed to, only sending progress reports and engaging your training manager/co-ordinator if any staff members are falling behind and not responding to our attempts to contact them. This is something we will discuss and base it on your needs.
Our trainers are highly qualified professionals with extensive training and industry experience. They all possess multiple diplomas, some with an additional bachelor’s and between 4 – 30+ years of experience in adult education and TAE-relevant work. They undergo continuous professional development to stay up-to-date to keep up with industry trends and best practices. They bring a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to each training session that we will perform for you.
Absolutely! The course content can be tailored to use your industry and incorporate real-world scenarios and industry-relevant examples while maintaining the gold standard in training and assessment integrity. This customisation ensures your training programs are even more relevant, engaging, and effective for your staff.
You don’t need to customise anything since customisation incurs an additional cost in updating the course content to suit your industry. You can opt to put your staff through the current, more generic Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (still the workplace pathway, which is naturally geared to your industry) or the skill sets as they are.
We understand the importance of balancing operations and staff availability. So while we offer face-to-face options for speed, we also offer flexible options like blended and self-paced learning. This ensures they can manage their work responsibilities while obtaining the necessary qualifications.
You can opt to include various levels of support; however, ALL of our corporate groups are designated a single trainer to run regular group support calls and monitor and report on their progress. You can choose to include a certain number of support hours of one-on-one trainer support up to “unlimited”. No matter what, we will design several package options that suit your needs and budget.
This is dependent on the delivery format you prefer or need, and the deadline you have for having your staff certified. Face-to-face in a more intensive and shorter time period will require your staff to take time off work to complete their studies and we would work with you to find the ideal duration and schedule. Self-paced and in their own time can take up to 12 months.
We invoice you once the services and quote pricing has been agreed to. The payment of the invoice is due within 14 days and before the training can start. There is a 7-day cooling off period but there is no refund if any training has started.
The cost varies. It depends on how many staff you’ll be putting through, how much content customisation is required, how fast you want your staff qualified, the amount and level of included support and the required delivery method/s (e.g. face-to-face may incur travel and accommodation costs). We will provide several package options after completing a needs analysis due to the number of variables.
