It’s Not Easy but It’s Worth It

Every now and then, a Cert IV TAE graduating student writes a review that we believe really captures what we try to do.  Instead of them ending up hidden among the others, we will share them with you, and try to explain why we think they are so appropriate.

Heather: What did she say?
At times I felt like giving up due to my circumstances with illness, two minor operations and a full-time job. However, I pressed on to completion and completed my course.
I looked at the light at the end of the tunnel and kept keeping on. I had a lovely girl called Amy who was very encouraging and listen to my moans and then proceeded to assist me with understanding what the assessment was about, and had some good constructive information to help me over my bumps in the road.
I would recommend anyone who wants to study Certificate lV in training and assessment to contact Fortress Learning and do their course through them. They are amazing. It’s not easy but it’s worth it.
Why did this particular testimonial comment get our attention?

Life happens.  People get sick, our workload fluctuates, family members need us, we go through periods of grief and change.  It’s stuff we cannot control.

Fortress Learning understands this.  That’s why we offer periods of deferment – we can put your course on hold so that you can focus on more important things that cannot wait.

Because we ‘get’ that life just happens, and happens differently for everyone, we ensure that real people answer your calls.  Real people listen to you and focus on your individual circumstances.  And, real people seek to support you and what you need.

We cannot always make things easy… but, we can help allow things to be possible. We can bend, empathise and support you so that, if initially, it appears impossible,  you can just “keep on keeping on”.
