We have a proven track record in delivering accredited Certificate IV in Training and Assessment courses and TAE diplomas with a dedicated team who collectively represent an enormous range of industry and educational experience.

Keeping our student numbers small allows for a more personal learning experience rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach that many of the larger RTOs provide.

As a result of our commitment to you, our course completion rate is double the national average for similar courses, allowing you to advance your career faster.

OUR PROMISE IS to DELIVER ON WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO YOU

We respond to your email questions and queries within 8 business hours.
The sweet spot for marking is 4 days (many RTOs take weeks or months!) however our aim is to deliver before that time, often within 2 days (2x times faster).
If we miss your phone call we guarantee to call you back within 4 business hours.
Our trainers have both teaching and industry experience and are passionate about what they do.
Our coaching process is based on a dedicated 1 on 1 support system, which means you get to finish your assessments faster.
Learning resources are developed in-house and not off the shelf from 3rd party providers, they are more engaging, of higher quality, and freely available via your individual student log-in.
You are our top priority however if the course is not right for you, we provide a 7-day cooling-off period.
